How long does my order take to ship?

In-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. If there is any change to the normal processing time, an announcement will be posted at the top of the website.After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery may take 5–7 business days. Delivery estimates are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.

What if my package gets lost or damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact me within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please include photos of any damaged items and packaging so we can assist you.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, I only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping.

All orders ship from New York City via USPS.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

What is your return policy?

I accept returns on both prints and original paintings within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and returned with proof of purchase. To request a return, please email karenmichoi@gmail.com before sending an item back.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact me as soon as possible if there are any issues, including damage during transit, so this can be assessed and resolved.

Once a return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
